About Our Executive Chef

Born and raised in the Western

Suburbs of Chicago, Chef "Kay"

started cooking over 20 years ago. 

With Grandmothers from both

Louisiana and Mississippi, Chef

Kay was blessed with the love of

cooking and planning affairs. 

After college and culinary classes at

Chicago's Community Kitchen's, a

culinary program thru the Greater

Chicago Food Depository, Chef Kay

has made her mark in the industry. 

She has served the finest of the

finest!  With an extensive resume

she has the love for food and that

southern hospitality flair that only a

she can give.  Not only does this

married vegetarian mother of four

know how to cook, but has a very

inspirational an uplifting spirit, which

lets you know,her gifts are from a

Higher calling!
